GOALS
Our goal is to provide each client with a building project that is exceptionally well designed, functionally meets their needs, and is a good value over the lifetime of its use.
We want to create functional designs that are aesthetically pleasing and technically superior.
We intend never to loose touch with our clients. We strive to stay in touch through personal attention and listening, hard work, integrity and attention to details.
PROFILE
Founded in 1980 by C. Christopher Brandt, Architectural Concepts, Inc. is an Indianapolis based architectural, engineering and interior design firm serving local, regional and national clientele. The firm maintains an NCARB certificate and is currently licensed in seven states -- Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Florida and Hawaii. William T. Stambaugh is Vice-President with specialization in several areas including retail food, religious structures, and code compliance.
Our firm has a diversified portfolio of completed projects and building types. We have over 500 McDonald’s Restaurants to our credit including many of their specialty store designs. Other commercial and retail clients have included Simon Property Group, Time-Warner Communications, Goodman Jewelers, Ramada Limited, Park 100 Foods, and Ritter’s Frozen Custard. The firm has also worked on several institutional projects including several renovation projects for LaRue D. Carter Memorial Hospital, Indianapolis and the Finance Center Federal Credit Union branch in Greenfield, Indiana.
We provide both traditional "Full-Service" Architectural as well as Design-Build services. Our office is fully computerized to take advantage of the latest tools our profession has to offer.
