ESTIMATES AND PROPOSALS
Because each architectural project and client is unique, we welcome the opportunity to give an estimate or proposal for our services at no cost or obligation.
Typically this involves meeting with the building owner or developer and understanding the scope of the anticipated project.
We listen and we learn, so that we can submit a proposal that is both fair and accurate.
FEE STRUCTURES
Hourly Rates or Time and Materials.
Cost of Services based on a unit cost per square feet of
building area.
Cost of Services based on a percentage of the anticipated construction value. Typically such percentages will fall in a range of between 5% to 15% of the construction value depending on the level of involvement and project complexity.
Flat-Rate, Fixed-Sum and Not-To-Exceed Costs.
Once a fee structure and value is determined, we will submit our
standard form of agreement for signature.
